Resort-style trophy home at Tallai, Gold Coast going to auction
IT looks like it belongs in the Hollywood Hills but this trophy home is actually in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Skyview Paradise at 109 The Panorama, Tallai will go under the hammer this month, just six months after its owners bought it.
Property records reveal the vendors paid $5.5 million for the seven-bedroom six-bathroom hilltop mansion in March.
But despite only settling on the sale in July, they’ve decided to sell through Amir Mian at his agency’s auction event on September 29.
“Towering high above the Hinterland and enveloped by 240 degrees of uninterrupted coastline and skyline panoramas, Skyview Paradise is a trophy home set within a private 9.29 acre oasis,” the listing states.
“Grand in size and appearance, its prime hilltop position and placement well away from the street delivers unrivalled seclusion and serenity across a staggering 1,859msq m floorplan. “This luxurious residence features a full-concrete construction, offering an uncompromised build quality.”
The residence offers a 1,859 sqm floorplan and includes a grand ballroom and caterers kitchen on the ground level while the second level includes formal and informal living and dining zones, a wraparound balcony and gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.
But it’s the outdoor entertaining zone that truly sets the house apart.
The resort-style pool includes a waterfall and grotto as well as a poolside pavilion with bar while there is also a sauna, spa and tennis court.
The house also includes a super-sized main bedroom wing, triple garage, porte-cochere and a wine cellar.
